Activities that include on-site performances, educational speakers, and local excursions for sightseeing and theater are scheduled approximately three times per month. Group transportation is provided to area shopping centers and malls three times per week.

Arts and Crafts room with tables and counter space for a range of projects including painting, needlework, quilting, Christmas decorations, etc.

Assembly Room, fully equipped with large-screen television, surround-sound system, and stage. Ideal for morning exercises, monthly meetings, musical performances, and guest speakers.

Beauty Salon / Barber Shop offering complete hair care services, manicures, and pedicures.

Cashiers are available for check cashing and stamp purchasing as well as many other useful services.

Chapel with inter-denominational church services to include Catholic mass and communion, Presbyterian communion, and non-denominational communion and Vespers conducted by The Virginian's Chaplain. Complimentary group transportation provided by some area churches.

Computer Suite complete with multiple personal computers, oversized monitors, and a scanner. E-mail and internet access are available.

Convenience Store offering a variety of snacks, fresh baked goods, personal care products, and sundries.

Fitness Center fully equipped with stationary upright and recumbent bikes, an elliptical trainer, recumbent stepper, and treadmill. The Center is staffed by an exercise specialist able to create individual programs.

Guest Apartments comfortably appointed with a bedroom, living room, walk-in closet, and a kitchenette for visiting family and friends.

Library, open daily from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m., providing four different daily newspapers, current periodicals, and books on loan from the Fairfax County Public Library system.

Party / Hospitality suites available for private functions and family gatherings. The private terraces available are ideal for reading, observing nature, and visiting with friends.

Wellness Center available for appointments with The Virginian's Medical Director (a board-certified Internist) and our team of specialists including a cardiologist, podiatrist, ophthalmologist, psychologist and dentist.
