The Virginian offers a Life Care* plan that guarantees lifetime residency with quality and compassionate care. Unique to Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC), Life Care plans are long-term life assurance plans provided by the CCRC guaranteeing lifetime residency and nursing care. Part of our mission is to enable all our residents to function as independently as possible. The Virginian provides three distinct levels of care; Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Health Care Center.

Life Care applicants must qualify for admission into the Life Care plan.
