The Virginian is a trusted leader in nursing care services. We offer nursing services on a permanent and temporary basis. Nursing care is provided on a 24 hour basis by Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The Virginian's Medical Director, a board-certified Internist, serves to coordinate medical care in the Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Services are tailored to the individual resident's needs, and when multiple therapies are required, interdisciplinary teams coordinate to ensure continuity and compatibility of care.

• Bed baths daily and showering 2 times per week
